Option A β€” Snorkel Black Rock (Pu'u Keka'a): Maui's #1 shore snorkel spot, a 10-minute walk north along the boardwalk. Sea turtles, reef fish, and a dramatic lava drop-off. Enter from the sandy beach on the south side of the rock. Gear rental at the Sheraton beach concession right at the site.
Option B β€” Paddleboard the Ka'anapali strip: rent a SUP from the beach activity stands along the boardwalk and cruise the famous 3-mile stretch while the water is glassy.
