Last full day in Maui — a choose-your-own beach day built around two fixed points: Eric & Courtney's 2:00 PM massage at Mina Massage Therapy (the day's only drive, ~10 min to Lahaina Gateway) and the 6:30 PM farewell dinner at Roy's. Morning options at Black Rock, midday at Whalers Village, afternoon options while the massage happens, then pick your evening: sunset walk + Roy's as booked (Option A), or a sunset catamaran sail with a casual dinner (Option B — requires cancelling Roy's). Sunset is ~6:55 PM.

Option A — Snorkel Black Rock (Pu'u Keka'a): Maui's #1 shore snorkel spot, a 10-minute walk north along the boardwalk. Sea turtles, reef fish, and a dramatic lava drop-off. Enter from the sandy beach on the south side of the rock. Gear rental at the Sheraton beach concession right at the site.

Option B — Paddleboard the Ka'anapali strip: rent a SUP from the beach activity stands along the boardwalk and cruise the famous 3-mile stretch while the water is glassy.

Ka'anapali Trolley stops here every 20 min — easy ride back to the resort

Option B — Pool & beach time: stay put and hold prime pool chairs for the group's afternoon session.

~5:15–6:10 PM · Golden-hour boardwalk walk: stroll the Ka'anapali boardwalk while the light turns gold. Grab a drink from Inu Pool Bar to take along, then freshen up and head to dinner.
6:30 PM · Dinner — Roy's Ka'anapali: 2290 Ka'anapali Pkwy, a 5-minute trolley ride or short drive. Hawaii Regional Cuisine and Pacific Rim fusion. Closes at 8:00 PM, so arrive at 6:30 sharp. The famous chocolate soufflé takes 20 minutes — order it at the very start of the meal. Sunset (~6:55 PM) lands mid-dinner, and the Sheraton's Pu'u Keka'a torch-lighting & cliff-dive ceremony runs at dusk — this option trades the ceremony for Roy's.

Light appetizers included — Sea Maui also offers a sunset dinner cruise, which would cover Option B's dinner in one booking. Sunset (~6:55 PM) happens from the water — watch for the Pu'u Keka'a torch lighting along the shore as you come back in.
