The highlight of the entire Kauai trip — an epic 7-hour boat adventure with Holo Holo Charters. Board a 65-foot power catamaran at Port Allen for a journey along the jaw-dropping Napali Coast sea cliffs, then 17 miles across the Kaulakahi Channel to the remote Forbidden Island of Niihau for snorkeling in some of Hawaii's clearest water. Continental breakfast and a gourmet deli lunch are included. The rest of the afternoon is yours to relax after a big day on the water.

🏊 Resort Pools — Three pools steps from the villa: Feature Pool, Keiki Pool, and Adults-only Relaxation Pool. Ease into the day.

🏖️ Poipu Beach — Named a "Best Beach" by the Travel Channel. Two crescent-shaped bays, soft sand, monk seal sightings, snorkeling, picnic tables & playground. 5-min walk from the resort.

🤿 Lawa'i Beach Snorkeling — Just west of the resort. Better snorkeling than Poipu with abundant fish and occasional turtles. Small beach — best at low tide. Street parking only.

🥾 Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail — Kauai's best coastal walk. Start at Shipwreck Beach (10-min drive) and follow the cliffside trail east toward Maha'ulepu Beach. Dramatic sea views, moderate terrain — wear river shoes and bring water.

💦 Spouting Horn — A dramatic lava blowhole in Poipu, just 5 min from the resort. Ocean water surges through a lava tube and shoots a tall spout into the air with a deep booming sound. Free to visit. Small vendors market on-site. Best viewed at high tide or when swell is up.

🤿 Snorkeling — Koloa Landing — End of Waikomo Rd, Poipu · ~5 min drive from resort. One of Kauai's best shore snorkel spots — a protected cove with calm water and excellent visibility. Sea turtles, white-tip reef sharks, eels, and colorful reef fish. Enter via the concrete boat ramp. Best before 10:30 AM. Free entry · Not lifeguarded · Reef-safe sunscreen required.

🍧 JoJo's Shave Ice — Koloa ⭐ Must Try — Old Koloa Town · The classic Hawaiian shave ice experience with huge portions and a charitable mission · Great stop on the way back from any afternoon adventure before cleaning up for dinner.
